The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly! Madison served our breakfast in the dining room and was absolutely a delight and the food was delicious . silverware was spotty and the floor was sticky. The bourbon bar was a pleasant surprise and the selection of bourbons was incredible. The food choices at the bar were not great. The king size bed was quite comfortable. The tile in the bathroom appeared unclean; although it could have been a design flaw. Generally, the room was clean and inviting.; however, there was a mascara stain on the comforter. The seal around the door to our room was ineffective as a barrier of. light, sound and draft from the hallway.

Great location, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. We enjoyed our short stay for a show at the Paramount. Staff was very welcoming, live music at the Guitar Bar was great for celebrating St. Pattys Day. Bed was very comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean.

The location and the environment is very nice. The food at the Winchester is good and not unreasonable. The price on drinks is standard for the area. Staff were amazing and friendly. Best place to stay in Ashland.

The restaurant was really good. Great staff and service!! The managers were all supportive and helpful. Everyone was friendly. Hayden and Katy were our servers for dinner and breakfast both did great. The bartenders upstairs and the guitar bar were all GREAT!! Food was really good too. Everything you needed was right there! NYE party was a wild one but in a good way,lol. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Look forward to coming back!

Basically the location was the reason I stayed at this hotel as I was arriving and leaving by train 🚆 and the station is only a 5 minute walk down 15th Street. Good breakfast in the Winchester restaurant. Spacious room and comfortable bed 🛌.

It was very pretty, and I liked the filtered water dispensers to reduce plastic use. The location in downtown Ashland was convenient. And the room had a nice view of the river.

Great location considering just a few minutes' walk from train station and safe during the night. Great prices during happy hour.

The facility was very modern and clean. I loved the restaurant and bar. Food was delicious, did not have to wait a long time, and did not have to pay an arm and a leg for a nice dinner. We went to the bar after a show, and was very happy with that as well. 10/10 all around facility

The room was very nice! Close to the Paramount Arts Center where we saw a concert, just had to walk across the street. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Exceptionally clean, fantastic service, and very friendly staff! Rooms were spotless. The restaurant had a great menu with variety and endless drink offerings. Fitness center was very nice. This stay exceeded our expectations.
